At EVY, we believe beauty is more than just one’s appearance. It’s about making the world a better place, one step at a time. We’re committed to helping the beauty industry grow in a way that’s sustainable, ethical, and inclusive. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan is designed by a passionate team to reflect our shared values, and we're proud to make a positive impact on the world around us.

CSR Objectives

We’re attempting to make real change. We aim to make a bigger difference in the community through partnerships and charitable donations. We want to minimize our environmental harm by recommending eco-friendly, sustainable beauty products. It’s also important for us to uphold ethical standards with our team and partners, make sure everyone feels safe and respected. We promote diversity and inclusion in our company and in the beauty industry as a whole.

Giving Back to Communities

We believe in the power of giving. That’s why we’re committed to donating 1% of all our profits to causes that matter. Our goal is to support organizations that are making a difference in the world. We partner with nonprofits that support people globally, help them gain access to education, and create job opportunities. We also hold annual events where both employees and clients can vote on which charities we support.

Internally we’ve created a culture of open dialogue with platforms like Slack and email where team members can share ideas or concerns any time. In addition externally we’ll be transparent about all our CSR efforts through regular updates on our website and social media channels.

Sustainability 

The beauty industry is often harmful to the environment, but it doesn’t have to be. At EVY, we prioritize sustainability by providing our clients with  high quality eco-friendly brands. The products we recommend to our clients reflect our belief that beauty should not cause environmental harm. We hold ourselves accountable through transparency; Our CSR reports will be published annually, illustrating the importance of staying up to date with environmental issues.  

Ethical Business Practices

Our global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is a big deal to us. It’s about doing the right thing, not just because it’s required, but because it’s the right thing to do. We believe in creating a workplace that is safe, respectful, and fair.
- We enforce strict policies on anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and fair labor practices.
- We encourage transparency and have an anonymous reporting system so team members can raise concerns freely.
- Regular training ensures everyone understands and follows our ethics code.
